Liz Tormes released her debut album, Limelight, late in 2007 and has just completed a video for the lead single "Read My Mind". The album has been getting rave reviews- The Village Voice says, "Singer-songwriter Liz Tormes ranks among the very best, she'll knock you out at first listen and continue to grow on you. Don't fight it. She promotes a flawless CD, Limelight - you'll be taking her music home in your head, might as well buy the CD."

Liz will be touring Ireland and England during April, including some shows opening for Teddy Thompson in Ireland. Liz has had her songs in the NBC drama Windfall, the independent film Bridget, and the short film Amanda and Allen. She also co-wrote and sang on "Two Steps" which appeared on Ollabelle's Columbia Records debut release.
